Trussardi offers a sophisticated return process, allowing you to return items purchased online within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account or access the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Trussardi box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original delivery or via our portal.
Schedule a Pickup
Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary collection at your convenience or drop off the parcel at an authorized service point.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
